I gained knowledge of this company through word-of-mouth from a friend & I am very thankful for the recommendation! The tech who completed the AC work required at my home was very upfront, knowledgeable, & professional. He thoroughly explained & informed me of the repairs required, provided an itemized cost of each step, & even sent pics as each step was completed (an extra gesture that I thought was very transparent). Company repair pricing was reasonable - I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged at all & that is extremely important to me. I don’t mind paying for good, reliable, & efficient work (which is what I got) but I don’t want to ever feel like I’ve been taken advantage of - which, unfortunately, is a common occurrence for many women seeking repairs of any kind in male dominated fields. The tech had to come out twice to complete the repairs & both times he displayed a superior level of workmanship & professionalism. The AC feels perfect now! The tech even called days after he completed the repairs to check to see if things were still ok & to our satisfaction.
